Brad Karsh is the founder and CEO of JB Training Solutions, a learning and development company that supports employees throughout their entire life cycle—from entering the workforce to succeeding in senior leadership roles. An accomplished public speaker and generational expert, Brad has appeared on CNN, CNBC, and Dr. Phil, and his comments have appeared in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, Fortune, and USA Today. Prior to founding JB Training Solutions, Brad spent fifteen years at the advertising agency Leo Burnett in Chicago. Today, Brad travels the world speaking at major organizations such as Google, Marriott, Discover, and Eli Lilly. He presents annually at the Society for Human Resource Management’s national conference and was ranked No. 1 out of more than 200 speakers.
