Eric Rosenbach
Eric Rosenbach served as chief of staff to Secretary of Defense Ash Carter from 2015 to 2017, after a year as Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and Global Security and three years prior as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber, in which role he oversaw and led the department’s cybersecurity strategy. He was a Fulbright Scholar and holds a J.D. from Georgetown University and a master’s in public policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. Eric was the executive director of Harvard’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs from 2007 to 2010 and returned there in 2017 to become co-director with former Secretary Carter.
