Michael Justin Lee

Michael Justin Lee was born in Hong Kong and grew up in New York City's Chinatown. A veteran financial analyst, he served as the nation's first financial markets expert-in-residence in the U.S. Department of Labor. He is a graduate of Brown University and New York University, and has held academic appointments at Georgetown University and Johns Hopkins University. He most recently taught at the University of Maryland, where he was a three-time recipient of the Distinguished Teaching Award. He is a fellow of the Institute of Coaching, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School, and a certified graduate of the Authentic Happiness Coaching Program Master Class, which is taught by Dr. Martin Seligman, who is considered the father of positive psychology.
